Learn more about me and my practice:

I obtained both of my degrees from UNH, receiving my bachelor’s degree (BSW) in Social Work and Psychology in 2020 and my Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2021. Prior to entering private practice, I worked for 4.5 years at a community mental health center in Dover, NH, where I treated clients ages 6-20 in individual, family, and group settings for a wide range of conditions, diagnoses, and life stressors. I earned my training hours and engaged in my required licensure supervision hours during this time. After completing the necessary steps, I received my license and became a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in September 2024.
I opened Collective Healing, PLLC in 2025 as a way to connect with more individuals looking for change in their lives.
As a therapist, it’s my job to create firm boundaries that protect the therapeutic relationship. AND, in order to build that therapeutic relationship, I believe it is important for my clients to know who I am from the same person-first approach that I practice with.
My personality is personal, compassionate, and genuine, and I use a healthy amount of sarcasm and humor (when appropriate). When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my friends, cooking and baking, traveling, crafting, and spending time with my two cats.
